Key Objectives
  • To provide a forum where Members can communicate and meet and learn from each other's experiences of using Avaya Networks products and services.
  • To provide Avaya Networks with requirements and direction concerning product enhancement and prioritise collective issues into Avaya Networks at a senior management level
  • To facilitate the dissemination of information behind Avaya Networks product future directions and encourage dialogue between partners and development managers
  • Through open communication with Avaya Networks, the sub committee promotes the needs and wishes of the EMEA Members which helps to define and shape the service levels of Avaya, and sharing of best practice installation standards
  • Avaya Networks recognises the sub committee and encourages 'open communications' between Avaya Networks and the sub committee. Avaya Networks is in attendance at all executive meetings.
  • Improvement of the end to end resolution process for problems/solutions and by help in definition of service tools
  • Improvement and optimisation of the quality of the product addressing general support problems
Areas of interest
  • Focuses on the interfaces to Avaya Networks’ service teams, and how the product performs once installed. The group identifies common issues affecting all members and requests specific action for Avaya to resolve, creating and managing task forces and workshops when deemed appropriate.
