Operating Principles

  • The Council addresses issues of common concern to gain improvement in Avaya product/services and common processes.
  • No discussion or distribution of any discounts, prices or sales information is allowed. However discussions on relative pricing between Avaya products and other vendor offerings is of mutual benefit, to both, Partners and Avaya in ensuring competitive market positioning.
  • Prioritised Council recommendations must represent the majority decision of all members on an equal vote basis.
  • Highest priority request by Council majority will receive Avaya priority.
  • Individual partner specific concerns are to be addressed with Avaya directly via normal channels.
