Aims and Ideals

  • The Council provides a forum to identify areas of common interests and concerns for the purpose of improving Avaya Products, Services and associated Avaya/Partner processes to the benefit of our Customers.
  • It is the only collective forum recognised by Avaya where technical and operational detail is discussed.
  • Issues, recommendations and requests coming from the Council will provide a Global perspective to the product and will receive top priority within Avaya.
  • The European perspective is represented at the Global PCC by members of the Executive Steering Committee.
  • The expected results from these activities will be improved product and distributor performance, improved operational effectiveness, enhanced technical support and closer Partner/ Avaya relationship, thus leading to improved partner and Avaya profitability with high customer satisfaction.
